Battlefield 1943, recently released on PSN for PS3 and Xbox Live Marketplace for the 360, has been a huge success and hit with gamers! If you are a fan of shooters, you are sure to enjoy Battlefield 1943. The only gripe we have with the game is the controls. Other than the controls, everything is excellent. We and many others can’t believe this game is only $15! What is even better, is that it is downloadable and runs off your hard drive.
What is really neat other than the graphics, is that some/most of the scenery or buildings in the levels are destructible. For example, you can blast a rocket at a building, and it blows a hole right through the wall. Or, drive a jeep or a tank with explosives into a building, and it blows up. A highlight of this game we really enjoy is the use of vehicles, tanks, stationary guns and weaponry, planes, ships, and more. There is so much variety here in this title.
